What is gold filled jewellery?

Gold filled jewellery is made with a thick layer of real 18k gold, pressure bonded to a base metal. It's much more durable than gold plated pieces and designed for everyday wear without the high price tag of solid gold.

Will the jewellery tarnish?

Gold filled jewellery resists tarnishing and fading. For best results, avoid moisture and store pieces in the provided microfibre pouch when not in use.

Is the jewellery waterproof?

Gold filled jewellery is much more durable than plated pieces and can handle water exposure. However, we do recommend removing it before swimming especially in salt water or chlorinated pools, as these can affect the gold layer over time.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is currently only available within New Zealand at this time. 

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within NZ typically takes 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Can items be returned or exchanged?

Returns are accepted for faulty items only. If there’s an issue, please in touch via the Contact Page and it will be resolved as soon as possible.

How should I care for my jewellery?

To prolong the life of your pieces, avoid contact with chemicals and perfumes, and store them in the microfibre pouch provided. A full care guide is available here. 

What if I order the wrong size?

If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering. You can also find our ring size chart here. Unfortunately, we can't offer exchanges for size issues at this time unless the item is faulty.

Do you offer gift packaging?

All Golden Hour pieces come in a soft microfibre pouch that is perfect for gifting. 

Do you restock sold out pieces?

Most pieces can be restocked. If something you love is sold out, feel free to get in touch and we’ll let you know if/when it’s coming back.
