We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times vary by location but typically take 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost is $8 per order.

Free delivery for orders over $100 within New Zealand.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.

We will assess the problem and, if confirmed faulty, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Faulty items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
